Do you recognize the quote that makes up the title of this blog entry??!! Yes, friends and neighbors and all the ships at sea, its that early 1990s tribute to 20-somethings Reality Bites! But seriously...
Stefan and Sean attended their local PFLAG chapter Wednesday night and had a blast catching up with old friends of Stefan and playing Gay Jeopardy! In the end, Sean channeled his It's Academic experience into a first place win, followed right behind by Stefan!
But the whole night was about celebrating not only being gay but celebrating families that include gays, lesbians, straights, bisexuals, and trans-gender people in many different configurations. It was Sean's first visit and Stefan was an old hat, but we will definitely be back to volunteer and just have fun!
