Should the GLBT/LGBT Community Boycott Utah?

I agree, but the fact still remains that the members of this church or religion elect their leaders (usually) and it's also political. What church isn't? And I think in allowing them to see that as a member of the church, they also support it's practices and if not, should and probably would move to another church. We all take part in our world even if minutely, but I don't necessarily agree that a boycott is the answer, just a wake up call. I'm kind of torn. I mean money is where it's at, apparently, and sadly. If we put our money where our mouths are or like they did, then we might get more accomplished. It's sad to say, but that's how the nation works sometimes. Look at politics. the more you pump into making sure you're heard in a manner that folks listen to and comprehend, you usually get understanding. Just my two cents.

I love your point of view and delivery! Good stuff.
Oops, I just saw that it was Utah and not the Church. My bad.

Thanks! I am all for some sort of economic action against anti-gay businesses but for the right reasons. But to out and out boycott an entire state just doesn't make sense to me.

Yeah, I read it, but it didn't sink in until I posted the message that she was talking about Utah and not the Mormons. I don't always comprehend what I read immediately. I was an art major! LOL
It's ok dear, as Keith says probably at these moments "Sit here dear and just look pretty for everyone." (wink)
Bwahaha. He actually just strokes my head every so lovingly and says, "Aww. You're pritty though." (incorrect spelling on purpose, fyi.)
[this is good]
