Senator Larry Craig's (R-Idaho) situation has led me to create a new word (with credit to our friend Nathan for definition option #3):

craig (craiged, craiging): (verb) 1) The action of approaching, indicating, and/or signaling someone non-verbally (without physical touching or flirting) in a public location suggesting that one would like to engage in sexual relations of any kind. e.g. The man craiged the person in the next stall. The senator put the craig on the police officer. (noun) 2) Someone performing said action. e.g., Don't be a craig. 3) To indignantly deny one's actions after admitting to them. The senator continued craiging to the press.
